Terms of Service

1. Who we are

SolutionTee TechHub ("we", "us") operates a software studio and a technology academy from Solutiontee Edutech & ICT Service, Diamond Estate, 1 Obashoro St, off Command Road, Ipaja, Lagos 100276, Lagos. You can reach us at info@solutiontee.com.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate details when you register and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Learners under 18 must register with a parent or guardian, who receives a separate verification code and must approve the account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, shares paid course material, or is used to abuse other users.

3. Courses and training

Course and class prices and payment terms are shown on each programme page and apply as displayed at the time you enrol.

For self-paced online courses, each successful payment buys the same cumulative percentage of published lessons, unlocked from the start of the curriculum. Every non-final payment must meet the minimum shown at enrolment, the number of payments is limited, and the final payment clears the balance. These courses have no grace period or balance deadline: access remains at the percentage purchased until you pay more. Live training keeps the first-payment, grace-period and balance-deadline terms shown on its class page, and an administrator may extend a training deadline.

4. Course material and intellectual property

Course videos, notes, templates and assignments remain our property. Your enrolment buys you a personal, non-transferable licence to study them. You may not record, download, republish, resell or share them, including with other people who have also paid. Course pages carry a watermark identifying the account viewing them.

5. Client project work

Project work follows a fixed sequence: you send a brief, we accept or decline it, we send a requirements form, and we then issue a written quote. No work starts before you accept the quote and the deposit clears. You may reject a quote with a reason and we will re-price where we can.

Ownership of the delivered work — source files, code and design assets — transfers to you on final payment. Until then we retain ownership.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are in Nigerian Naira unless stated otherwise. Bank transfers recorded manually by an administrator are treated identically to card payments.

7. Community conduct

Do not post material that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights, and do not share paid course material. Administrators may remove any post or comment and may restrict accounts that repeatedly breach this.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw features, and will give notice of material changes that affect a programme you are already enrolled in.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with any programme or project is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
