What needed to change
The school relied on an external system for managing student results, while fee payments were handled physically. This created a disconnected experience for parents, students and staff, with important academic and financial processes spread across different channels.
What we delivered
We built a unified school management platform that brings results, online fee payments, digital receipts, admissions, attendance, CBT examinations, student and parent portals, school updates and administrative tools into one secure system.
The difference it made
The school can now manage key academic and financial operations from one platform. Parents can pay fees online and access their children’s results digitally, while staff have a more centralized way to manage students, payments and academic records — reducing reliance on external systems and physical processes.
